Attendance &Collections
Regular attendance is vital to the development of a students dance training, skill development and confidence.
If a student does not attend regularly this will impact on their interest, involvement and technique.
This could also affect a students opportunity to take Exams and participate in Performances.
Absences due to illness or injury must be notified in advance.
We ask that students arrive prepared to start class promptly. Please can parents arrive 5 minutes before the class ends to ensure a quick collection and a smooth transition between classes.
Please ensure that your child has been to the toilet prior to their class starting
to avoid disruption and possible accidents.
If Parents are unable to drop or collect their child(ren) and another person e.g. family member or friend will be doing this instead, we would need to be informed prior to the class. We do not allow siblings under the age of 16 to pick up younger siblings.
For safety reasons, we ask that Students are not left waiting alone (earlier or later) than their class times as we cannot supervise them outside of the Dance Studio.
